Description
  • Greet customers and seat them according to their preferences and presents them with the menu.
  • Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
  • Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction.
  • Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
  • Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
  • Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
  • Clean and polish cutleries, crockery, menus and handle filling of sugar sachet holders, condiment bottles, serviette holders and toothpick holders.
  • Keep side station stocked up with fresh plates, cutlery, table clothes, runners, napkins, toothpicks and condiment bottles and jars
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, service trays ,food covers, room service trays and counters
  • Deliver checks and collect payments.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills with Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable and ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues.

Minimum of high school or equivalent education degree is  required and three years experience as a waiter in hotel industry.
